They have great integrity and are genuinely down to earth, good honest, sincere people . Everyone is consistently helpful and I have enjoyed doing business with them several times and will continue to do so in the future . Absolutely amazing service. Becky and Claire are extremely kind friendly and polite... They are extremely hard workers. Our realtor had a hoarding specialist give us a quote for the clean up alone (that quote was almost 60 thousand dollars) but for almost half the cost sunrise did the same cleanup and handled the estate auction and loads more. Couldn't be happier... Best service available at the best price. They went above and beyond for my family.

Becky and Clare helped make a hard job so much easier. They're professionalism and honesty was very much appreciated. They're guidance through the process of downsizing and liquidating everything but the kitchen sink for our mother's home was necessary as we were in no way capable of completing the daunting task. Thank you for your kindness, listening to our stories and for allowing the tears to flow when things got to over whelming.

We hired Sunrise Estate Services after my mother in law passed away and it was the best decision we made during the entire process of dealing with her state. Clare & Becky provided a service that was exactly what we needed. My mother in law had ALOT of stuff to go through and we did not have the time or need to go through and try to sort and sell everything. Sunrise came in and sorted EVERYTHING. They tossed out all the garbage, sorted out all the personal property and paperwork, donations and anything valuable. They returned all personal property without question and let my wife and sister in law look through what was left. Clare and Becky were very easy and fair to deal with during this entire process, no matter how difficult some of the family members were being. Once this process was completed they auctioned off all the remaining possessions and cut us a cheque. To anybody reading this, do know Sunrise Estate Services is a BUSINESS and not a CHARITY. Not not expect these amazing people to work for free. They charge a very fair rate and it is more than worth the cost. Considering we did not have to lift one finger, the entire house was cleared out and we walked away with a profit. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
